Your information
Privacy policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the Global Sky Logistics website or contact us through the options provided on it.
Last updated: October 26, 2026
1. Who we are and the scope of this policy
Global Sky Logistics is a privately owned logistics company headquartered in Canada. Our published head office is 970 Mnt de Liesse, Suite 207, Saint-Laurent, QC H4S 1J9, Canada.
This policy covers this website and inquiries made through its contact options. A shipment or service engagement may require additional records and information about the parties involved. The relevant requirements should be discussed when arranging that service.
2. Information you choose to provide
The WhatsApp inquiry builder asks for your name and message. You may also provide your company, phone number, country, service of interest, origin and destination. You choose the details to include. The form does not request an email address or accept file uploads.
When you call or send us a message, we receive the information you communicate, including the contact or account details made available through that channel. An inquiry may also contain business and shipment information. Please share personal information about other people only when you are authorised to do so.
3. Technical information when you visit
The website is hosted by A2 Hosting on a server in the United States. Technical records may include IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser or device information, referring address and security-related events.
These records may be used to deliver the website, diagnose problems, maintain service and investigate misuse. They are separate from the contents of the WhatsApp inquiry builder. Server logs are normally purged after approximately 12 months.
Cloudflare provides content delivery and security services for this website. The live website also includes Cloudflare’s Web Analytics performance beacon. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or track individual visitors across its customers’ websites. This is separate from the optional Google Analytics feature described below.
4. How the WhatsApp inquiry builder works
The builder prepares a message in your browser. Its code does not send the form contents to our website server, store them in cookies or browser storage, or send an email. You can review the preview and change the details before continuing.
When you choose Open WhatsApp, the prepared text is included in the link sent to WhatsApp. That link may appear in browser history. WhatsApp may process information when it opens, even before you send the message. You must press Send inside WhatsApp to send the message to our business.
Messages we receive become part of our business correspondence. WhatsApp/Meta also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Choosing the phone option avoids the WhatsApp message-builder handoff, although the telephone provider processes the call.
5. Google Maps and external services
The Contact page contains an embedded Google Map. It loads when that page opens, so your browser connects to Google without first requiring you to interact with the map. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy.
Directions, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, industry references and the Titan Digital credit link lead to external services. Their privacy practices apply when you use them. The embedded map is different from optional Google Analytics and is not controlled by the analytics setting.
7. Why inquiry information is used
Information received through our contact channels is used to understand your requirement, respond, discuss or arrange the requested logistics services, coordinate relevant operations contacts and maintain the related correspondence. It may also be needed to meet applicable legal requirements or address a dispute.
The website does not provide a customer account, online payment, newsletter subscription or automated shipment decision. Using the inquiry builder does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
9. Retention
Server logs are normally purged after approximately 12 months. This is the routine log schedule, not a promise that every copy of every category of information is deleted on the same date.
WhatsApp correspondence and service records are kept according to the purpose of the inquiry, the requested service and applicable recordkeeping or dispute requirements. No fixed 12-month deletion period is stated for messages or backups. Contact the administration office about the retention of a particular record.
A browser preview is not the same as a received message. The builder itself does not create a server-side inquiry record. Once you send a message, copies may exist in our business correspondence, the communications service and relevant backups.
10. Your choices and requests
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access to personal information held about you, correction of inaccurate information, withdrawal of consent for a use that relies on it, or other available rights, including portability where applicable. Withdrawal does not necessarily remove legal retention requirements or the consequences for a service you requested.
Use the privacy contact options below. Describe the request and how we can reply. We may need to verify your identity before providing information. Ask how to provide any necessary supporting material rather than putting identity documents into the public inquiry builder. Requests must be handled within the applicable legal requirements.
11. Safeguards and privacy concerns
The website’s inquiry builder prepares information in the browser rather than collecting it through a server-side form. The earlier email submission route is disabled. These website controls do not determine how hosting logs, received correspondence or external providers handle their own records. Ask our team how to provide any necessary shipment or identity documents through a suitable channel.
Raise a privacy concern with our administration office so it can be directed to the responsible person. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator, including Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, according to jurisdiction.
12. Changes to this policy
The date above identifies this version. Changes to the website, providers or information-handling practices may require an updated policy and, where applicable, a new notice or consent. The English and French versions should describe the same practices.
